Jalo Nuñez Del Prado, originally from Peru and currently based in Madrid, is a DJ and collector dedicated to exploring Latin American music. In 2006, he founded Plastilina Records, contributing significantly to the rediscovery and development of Peruvian music. He also runs labels such as Discos Fantástico!, Ellas Rugen, and Discos Horóscopo, through which he has reissued thousands of rare and forgotten recordings. His work spans a wide range of genres, including cumbia, boogaloo, cha-cha-cha, bolero, and tropical rock. By working closely with the Peruvian music industry, he has played a key role in bringing these sounds to a global audience. Today, he performs as a DJ around the world, with appearances in cities like Berlin, London, and Buenos Aires....
