Kenji Takimi is a pioneer in the Leftfield/Alternative Disco scene in Japan. He is the man behind the label Crue-L, which celebrates its 21st anniversary this year, and has had a profound impact on the Japanese music industry. Besides two official mix CDs, he has remixed tracks by Cornelius, Cut Copy, Phil Manzanera, Boris, Hiroshi Fujiwara, Sebastian Tellier and other. He operates under the monikers Crue-L Grand Orchestra and Luger E-Go, which have won him worldwide acclaim. He has played events including Croatia’s Electric Elephant, London's Horse Meat Disco and Bad Passion, as well as ://about blank in Berlin. His mix was selected as 2011's best mix by Beats In Space. In March 2012 he released compilation album Crue-L Cafe. Under the new alias Being Borings he released "Love House of Love", followed by "E-Girls on B-Movie" in August and the debut album "Esprit" in September. Various reedits were released on several labels and he toured Australia in September and will tour Europe in November.
KAN TAKAGI

Born in Zushi in 1961. He joined punk band FLESH in 1979. He performed in garage band Tokyo Bravo from 81-84. In 84 he was in the Osamu Tezuka movie Stardust Brothers. In 85he was asked by Yan Fujita to rap in support of Seiko Ito. In 1986 he formed unit TINY PUNX with Hiroshi Fujiwara. At the same time he opened a club and it started a DJ boom, which got lots of attention. In 1988 he formed label and production company MAJOR FORCE with Gota Yashiki, KUDO and Hiroshi Fujiwara. In 1991 he released his first solo album “Fruits of Rhythm” on EPIC/SONY, the first of four. Takagi currently works as a DJ and music producer, as well as on projects for MAJOR FORCE PRODUCTIONS, his live improvisational act with UNDERCOVER, producing the albums of Naohito Takenaka, (set for release in June) and PELI (out this spring) and a solo project, which will be revealed soon enough ...
SHOICHI KAJINO

Shoichi Kajino presides over music label L’appareil, which introduces Paris from music, the movie, and the art in the fashion and culture in general. He works as an editor, writer and oversaw the editorial design of magazine Ryuko Tsushin as well as working as the graphic designer of many CD jackets. Regular party Etoiles was made to succeed from France with Towa Tei at club YELLOW in Nishi Azabu on DJ in 2002. His mix CD De la Musique, a compilation of French house, including selections from fashion shows won him much attention from music connoisseurs.
