Passing Clouds was the name of a quaint venue in London's Hackney area that specialized in African music. People from all over the world would go there to listen to all sorts of sounds from across the African continent. What is most interesting is that the music was from Africa but it was being played and enjoyed by people from all over the world. Unfortunately Passing Clouds had to close its doors due to a contract issue with the landl owner. Although the physical place is gone it still lives on in the hearts of everyone who has ever been there.
