There is no public parking at the venue except for users of the marina facilities. Please use public transport.
Please do not drive under the influence of alcohol. We will report you to the police if we find you driving under the influence of alcohol.
Please do not park illegally as it is a nuisance to neighbouring residents.
Ticket information.
The number of people at the event is limited to the number of people at the restaurant. Depending on the number of people, admission may not be possible on the day of the event. Advance purchase of tickets is recommended.
For ticket refunds, please contact the Support Centre.
Notes and information
The restaurant will be open until about 2pm, when the interior will be prepared for the event opening time (3pm). The event opening time is (from 15:00). Please wait in the plaza on the 1st floor.
Pets are not allowed to pass through the restaurant. After checking in at reception, you will be guided to the entrance from the rear. The same applies when leaving the restaurant.
The event will be held on the terrace party, but will be cancelled in case of stormy weather, and will go ahead in case of light rain. Please understand this when you purchase your tickets.
After you have been accepted, you will be given a wristband. Re-entry is possible, so please show your wristband at the reception desk when you return. Please use the smoking area on the 1st floor outside the marina facilities.
Please note that cash only is accepted for meals and all other purchases.
No food or beverages may be brought into the venue.
Fireworks, other dangerous items and items prohibited by law are not permitted.
Cameras are allowed, but filming or recording of the artists is prohibited under any circumstances.
During the event, a dedicated cameraman will be filming the event. Sunset The MARINA holds the copyrights to these images (photos, videos, etc.), which may be used and published on the official website, social networking services and various printed materials of Sunset The MARINA and its partner companies, etc. Please consent to this in advance before participating in the event. If you have any problems with such use or publication, please inform the event organiser.
Please refrain from any behaviour that may cause inconvenience to neighbours or other people.
Please report any damage to the equipment in the venue to the nearest staff member as soon as possible. In some cases, you may be asked to pay for the damage.
Smoking is not permitted on the terrace on the 2nd floor of the venue. Please smoke in the designated smoking area outside on the 1st floor.
The organisers, venue and performers accept no responsibility for accidents, theft, damage to sponsored items, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.

Admission is free for children of primary schools age and under, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Prams can be left at the entrance. Although the venue is a well-maintained facility, parents/guardians are requested to take all possible precautions to prevent accidents.
The Owner's Room is for the exclusive use of the facility's users and is not open to the general public.
