Cowabunga is a unique bar that was renovated from the counter of a former sushi bar and decorated with items that take you to 90s Hiphop and Reggae cultures.
This will be a great experience for R&B fans in Japan, as they can enjoy R&B with Japanese shochu and sake! This is a deep local spot that you won't find in tourist guidebooks.
