Sawagi Festival, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, is planning a special anniversary event at Womb, a venue with which it is closely associated. Ina Kacz, who is based in Georgia, the new techno mecca of the world, and DJ MARIA., a techno rising star who has spread her wings from Tokyo to the world, SODEYAMA, the resident DJ of “ethos,” which is the club edition of the festival, will be invited as guests for a special night on Friday, March 21, heralding the arrival of spring.

The event will also curate a lineup of organizers and DJs active in the outdoor festival scene on both floors, so feel a different high-energy atmosphere from the usual club night.

On the 4th floor, DJ MIKU, who is known as the leader of GLOBAL ARK and has been DJing since the 1980s; Taich Kawahira, head of “Brightness,” known as a crossroads of diverse cultures; Dsk from the Otsukimi crew, which represents the new generation of the outdoor scene; Sho Yamamoto, resident DJ of “Sawagi” will be the lined up.

On the 1st floor, A.Mochi, a world-renowned techno producer, will be the main act, along with Kojiro, who runs Re:birth and explores trance and techno through his unique sensibility. The lineup includes Suguru Mochizuki, who runs “ofi” based in Kofu, Yamanashi Prefecture, and TSUTOMU, the organizer of this event, which deepens exchanges with local scenes throughout Japan.

It already released the details of the festival in August this year, and now Sawagi Festival is touring to clubs where sound lovers gather in various cities, and join us for a grand celebration in Tokyo by the Sawagi Festival.
