Some of Le Baron de Paris' top regular selectors are joined by remake fashion king Darren Romanelli, the brains behind revered remake label Dr. Romanelli. As the host of the night, Romanelli will be adding a twist to some classic tracks, just like he does with his clothing designs.

Force of Nature
FORCE OF NATURE is a Japanese production group consisting of DJ Kent and KZA. They contributed to the soundtrack for the popular anime Samurai Champloo along with Nujabes, Fat Jon and Tsutchie.

Fraser Cooke
Fraser Cooke is NIKE’s Global Marketing Director. In the late ‘80s, he was a key figure in the hip hop and funk boom emanating from SOHO’s The Brain. He threw parties with the Gimme 5 crew at Ronnie Scott’s and ran with James Lavelle’s Mo’ Wax crew, which developed strong links with the Tokyo scene. He also runs the Study Masters show on samurai.fm.

AFRA (ODDJOB RECORDS)
Afra is the pioneer of Japanese human beatboxing and a household name since he was featured in a FUJI XEROX TV commercial in 2004. He began beatboxing in 1996 and is completely self-taught. After he graduated high school he moved to New York. He was featured in movie “Scratch” and Japanese human beatbox documentary “Breath Control”. In 2003 he dropped his first album “Always Fresh Rhythm Attack”. In 2005 he formed the AFRA & INCREDIBLE BEATBOX BAND.

Gakuji “CHABE” Matsuda
Also operating under the name Cubismo Grafico as a solo artist, Gakuji “Chabe” Matsuda released his first album, “Tout!” in 1999, which he followed with a European tour that took in Holland, Germany, Spain and Italy. He contributed to the soundtrack of hit 2001 movie Waterboys. After that, he released three albums back to back: “Untitled (but one wish)”, “Vocoder Block Diagram” and “Foga”. In 2003 he formed the five-member ban CUBISMO GRAFICO FIVE, which plays many live gigs. He does remixes for artists like Puffy, Fantastic Plastic Machine, London Electricity and Pizzicato Five. He also did the music for the Fall/Winter 2009 collection of Tokyo menswear brand John Lawrence Sullivan.
DJ KOGA for downwell79’ (14catherine / Jazzysport Brooklyn)
Moved to the US in 1999. He hooked up with Freedom Chicken to form DOWNWELL 79’. After the NY release of mixtape "Cookin’" he hooked up with DJ Mitsu The Beatsとon a double pack re-release. Collaborating with a key figure on the Philadelphia black music scene Rich Medina, he showed his talent and was selected as resident DJ at club APT. Also, he played at popular Brooklyn spot Triplecrown alongside Ali Shaheed Muhammad and DJ Spinna as a resident DJ. In 2006 he founded his own label 14catherineand released "Wellduskdown" and "Another Wellduskdown" among other mix CDs. He returned to Japan in 2008 holding events at Club Family titled Sun Mo Right, and participated in THE DANCER, organized by Freedom School.
