YUKARI BB was raised in Japan, she lived in London from 2004-2006. Since returning from London she has been managing Juno Records Japan which is the worlds largest online record store based in London. She started DJing when she was 20 years old. She became a member of female DJ unit called “Joyride” produced by Shuya Okino for Kyoto Jazz Massive in 2003. Some of her work/as a part of the Joyride team include: Shiseido/Tsubaki reception party, Tokyo Crossover/Jazz Festival, Armani Exchange reception party, Lounge 18 reception party (Shanghai) and many more. Now she is the regular DJ at a party called Especial Records Session @ The Room in Tokyo with Yoshi Okino for Kyoto Jazz Massive. The party is based on a Soulful House/Broken Beats/Crossover music.
