Shoko is an artist who lives between London and Tokyo. He works include drawings, illustrations, music and performances. She has participated in numerous group exhibitions in London, as well as done a collaboration with fashion brand Agnes b, artwork for Shiseido’s The Ginza, and production for various events. A track from "When the sun will rise" a collection of her musical works published in 2011 was used in the campaign video for Red Valentino’s Fall/Winter 2011-12 collection.

Begun in 2008 as the solo project of Minami Yamaguchi. Since then, drummer Ayumi Kawai joined, adding to Yamaguchi’s vocals and guitar. The pair have released single "Quiet Sun", album "Noise & Novels" and EP "Some Small Gifts". They have a label called FUCK WORK RECORDINGS which releases limited edition live recording as well as a split 7" with UK post-punk band WILD PALMS. They were the opening act for Vivian Girls on their Japan tour and have appeared in Alan McGee’s CREATION NIGHT. In July 2012 they participated in the tour of cult UK band ELECTRICITY IN OUR HOMES. Their beautiful melodies and sweet, dreamy sound have won them a loyal following among lovers of mellow noise music.

TOKYO’s only one indie girls DJ club. These young ladies love indie music and their RIOT & DIY spirit has made them very popular. They publish a fanzine and throw parties, which have attracted a great deal of attention in Japan and overseas. Their leader Sumire has played at Part Time Punks in LA, popfest in NY, Indie Tracks in the UK. The other members are Moe (Miila And The Geeks), Satomi (remember this) and Methyl. They play analog records in a haphazard DJ style. They released a compilation album ”Grrrls Talk” in 2010 and have played alongside various overseas artists including The Raincoats, Sad Day For Puppets, Vivian Girls and Alan Mcgee.
