KAN TAKAGI
Born in Zushi in 1961. He joined punk band FLESH in 79. He performed in garage band Tokyo Bravo from 81-84. In 84 he was in the Osamu Tezuka movie Stardust Brothers. In 85he was asked by Yan Fujita to rap in support of Seiko Ito. In 1986 he formed unit TINY PUNX with Hiroshi Fujiwara. At the same time he opened a club and it started a DJ boom, which got lots of attention. In 88 he formed label and production company MAJOR FORCE with Gota Yashiki, KUDO and Hiroshi Fujiwara. In 91 he released his first solo album “Fruits of Rhythm” on EPIC/SONY, the first of four. Takagi currently works as a DJ and music producer, as well as on projects for MAJOR FORCE PRODUCTIONS, his live improvisational act with UNDERCOVER, producing the albums of Naohito Takenaka, (set for release in June) and PELI (out this spring) and a solo project, which will be revealed soon enough ...

CHIKASHI KASAI
